What do I need to get my site started?

You are going to need to send a minimum of 500 photos. They need to be in sets of different poses of 20-25 pics, this is just an average, there is no particular fixed set size. You need to have a fairly good quality digital camera with at least a 3 megapixel chip. You want good looking photos that are well lighted and in focus. With a digital, you can practice getting it right without running up a high film bill. The photos should be sized at 1028 X 760 (or larger) with a normal resolution. I will work with you to get the settings right.

You will need to be able to either zip the photos into manageable files for email or burn them to a CD or DVD and mail them. At least for the initial sets, after that updates can be sent by email or I can set up an FTP account for you.

If you just want a Live Cam Show and do not want a full time web site,you will need a fast Internet connection, a decent computer or laptop, a web cam and microphone.

How much will this cost me?

The ONLY thing it will ever cost you is the time it takes for you to take photos or videos. I work for a percentage of the gross sales and rebills your web site earns, if you don't make money, I don't either. All other monies including Live Cam income is yours 100%.

What special skills do I need to do this?

Just the ability to take interesting amateur photos and videos. Concentrate on good focus and lighting, don't worry about looking professional, after all it is an amateur site. Use your imagination for sexy erotic scenes, check out other web sites and magazines for ideas. Have fun with it.

How much money can I make at this?

It depends on you. I have very successful women making a lot of money with their sites. They work hard and it pays off. If you think you can throw up a few pics and set back and wait for the money to roll in, you're just wasting everybody's time. It takes a few months to really get income coming in, I work hard to promote you and build your membership. Some of my partners are making serious money, but I'm not going to kid you, it takes more effort than it used to!

What if I'm not Playboy material?

The success of your site is not going to be based on your looks. My most successful partners are just normal girl next door types. There are people out there that like all different looking women, the trick is to find your niche! If you inject your personality into the site, you will find your audience! The most successful amateur sites are personality based!

What will my web site look like?

I will show you some examples of what I have built or you can find a site on the web that you like the style of. I try to work closely with you to build the site you want to have. Depending on the kind of site you want to present (hardcore, softcore, erotic, fetish) I will design something that looks good, but not too professional.

What if someone I know sees me?

This is a pretty important issue. You should almost count on someone you know seeing your pictures or your web site once they are published to the Internet. You simply cannot be successful in this business and remain anonymous! Once your nude images are out there you cannot call them back. Think long and hard before you have nude or sexual images of yourself posted to the internet. Do you have divorce or custody issues? These pics could come back to haunt you. What about your "real" job or career? Yes in many states you can be fired for willingly getting naked on the net. Think about this before you sign up with me, because after you are on the net, it is too late to turn back. One of the reasons I require a one year commitment from you is I don't begin to make any money for all of my efforts for you until a few months down the road.

Can I disguise my face or use sunglasses?

I do work with people that want to remain anonymous, but only on their public tour pages. In the private members only section of the site, you would have to show your face. It's a little harder to get members to commit to joining your site, but with good creative photography and/or video, a site like this can be fairly successful.

What about my photos and videos, where will they be used and will I still own them?

All photos and videos you send for your site remain your property and copyright. My agreement states that I will only use your images for your site and in promotion of your site. We are partners in your web site with your permission to use your images in this specific venture. When our agreement terminates, I will cease using your images.

How will I get paid? And can I sell other stuff on my site?

You will be paid every two weeks. I provide hosting, bandwidth and use Epoch.com or CCBill.com as the billing processors. You will have your own exclusive Partner account to monitor your sales and statistics. Checks will be sent directly to you. You can sell videos, photo sets, panties or whatever on your site in your own private store but you will have to use another pay processor such as PayPal or Epassporte.

What is the advantage of using my services versus starting my own pay site?

Money! It will cost you a ton to build and market your own site. Pay sites typically only keep a member an average of 1 - 2 months while my system keeps a member for an average of 8-10 months. Being in my network of quality amateur sites gives your members more content to look at then you could ever manage with your own stand-alone site. Retention of members rebilling every month is the secret to building huge income. Also my extensive experience in promotion and my huge amateur network brings more qualified traffic to your site and that traffic buys memberships!

Will I be expected to participate in my web site beyond providing photos and videos?

That would be nice. I will set up a message board, blog and email for you to maintain and build a relationship with your members. It adds that amateur touch that differentiates you from the professional models and web sites saturating the Internet today. It is to your advantage to present yourself as an amateur having fun and shooting sexy photos, this is what makes amateur sites so successful.

Can I have a Live Cam Show?

You certainly can. You can integrate it into your web site or you can have just a Cam Show and no site at all. Your choice. Remember your income from Live Cam is yours to keep 100%!

Can I participate in this program if I am a male or transsexual?

Of course you can, but the promotion and marketing are a lot more involved and takes longer to get everything going. So if you are serious, I will be glad to work with you. Live Cam shows are a good option for you as well!
