Terms and Conditions

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

You must sign a models release for the content you provide. Additionally anyone else appearing in the photos or videos you provide must also sign a release and be over 18 years of age.

You and any participants must also provide a photo copy of a current valid photo ID as required by federal law. This is with the understanding that none of your personal contact information will be shared with anyone.

These terms and conditions constitute a partnership to produce an adult web site for profit for a period of one year minimum from date of the web site publication to the Internet.

You understand that you are providing permission to use your content in exchange for hosting, design and promotional services provided by Ruff Davidson Web Designs and that all content provided by you is done so granting Ruff Davidson Web Designs, the use in the production of our partnered web site according to the provisions below.

You understand that you may choose to stop participating as a partner, but have NO recourse to demand the removal of your content until one year from the publication of our partnered adult web site. As permission to use your content has already been granted in exchange for services already rendered. At the end of the terms of this agreement, we may choose to renew or cancel. In the event of dissolving our partnership all your personal copyrighted content will be removed immediately from the Internet.

You understand to remain an ACTIVE partner, You must provide continuous updates of my content every 7-10 days. If 30 days pass without an update, You realize that your status goes to inactive, and you will not receive any percentage of revenues generated by our web site while in inactive status. This content shall be in the form of either 2 photos sets of at least 15-25 each or 1 photo set and 1 video clip. This is considered the minimum needed to promote the web site, more content is preferable for a more successful web site. This does not apply to a Live Cam site.

You are aware that you have no permanent rights to the domain name used for your site, and that this is done to remove any liability for legal issues regarding the publishing adult content from you, and ANY LEGAL issues regarding the publishing this content fall on Ruff Davidson Web Design, and not you.

You realize the cost to you personally to get started in the program is zero. And you will never be expected to pay Ruff Davidson Web Designs for hosting, bandwidth, or web design in any fashion other than the content in which you are required to provide.

You realize that this is a totally honest program that provides you with an extremely positive environment in which to participate in the production of your own adult web site and possibly generate substantial income.

You understand that the Ruff Davidson Web Designs program was designed to be totally fair for all parties concerned and you understand that NO ONE in Ruff Davidson Web Design has ANY intention of taking advantage of you outside of the bounds of these terms and conditions.

Ruff Davidson Web Designs will design, build and promote a web site for me using Epoch.com, as a third party payment processing company. All hosting and bandwidth provided by Ruff Davidson Web Designs.

The profit from this venture will be divided as follows: You will receive 50% and Ruff Davidson Web Designs receives 50% of all membership sales and rebills paid every other week during our partnership. Any other monies generated by our partnered web site will be yours 100%, this includes any Live Cam shows.

All web site statistics (sales, charge backs and returns) will be made available to you through your own exclusive CC Bill and/or EpochStats Partner Account or Live Cam Account.

Photo and video content supplied by you and with your permission will be used for content in our partnered adult web site and in direct promotion of the site and no where else. You will retain all copyright and ownership of any photography or video supplied.

This is a one year agreement for our web site partnership. You agree to allow Ruff Davidson to use your content in our partnered web site operation for 1 year starting when the web site is officially published to the Internet. At the end of said year, this contract will renew automatically unless cancelled by you or Ruff Davidson.

If you decide to no longer participate in the web site venture by not supplying content according to the terms of this agreement you will forfeit all earnings immediately and at the end of the one year agreement, the site will be terminated. If you wish to terminate the site before the one year agreement is up, you will reimburse Ruff Davidson Web Designs $500.00 for services rendered and the site will be closed immediately.
